Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security. You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking or enquiry. You are responsible for keeping any booking reference details confidential.
Bookings and Confirmation
The form submitted through this website is a request for service and becomes a binding contract only once we confirm it in writing by email or messaging. We reserve the right to decline a booking where the requested service cannot be provided. Prices quoted are for the service described and become binding with the booking confirmation.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide correct flight, contact and address details.
- Be ready at the agreed pickup point and time.
- Inform us promptly of any change to your flight or plans.
- Behave respectfully towards the driver and not damage the vehicle.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted per vehicle and per route and include the items stated in the booking confirmation. Extra services, additional stops or waiting time beyond the free allowance may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you in advance where possible. Payment is made by bank transfer in advance or in cash to the driver (EUR, USD or Turkish Lira); online card payment through the website is not offered. Full payment terms are set out in the Service Sales Agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather, airport conditions or force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this website at the time of your booking.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.
